Journey to the end of the land.

Currently in the rubbish travel lodge at bridgewater. Got away in decent time last night and journey was good until ten miles from here when a phantom double lane closure caused a forty minute delay. like all highly prepared athletes we prepared with pick and mix and nearly made ourselves sick.

"That must be the best fried egg I have ever tasted" is the thing I remember wafting forwards in a gelatinous haze of malodorous snarfing exhalation. That and my sense of panic as to whether G could retain his stomach contents as he wound down the rear window of my van (qv) and did his Fred Bassett impersonation. Or was it Bertie? The silence was deafening as the sugar hit S's bloodstream. That's my girl: no poncing about with barfing - bring on the coma.

Lots of love, good luck and admiration : this is a Titanic effort in prospect. Try to avoid the icebergs, guys!
