Day 7 gone with the wind

Woke to a strong easterly and headed down to the pier for the boat to tanera. Turns out an easterly is no good for tanera so boat was not sailing. As we deliberated over brekkie the boat from stornaway came in...so we caught the return. Bit of mad planning to make sure it would work so tonight we find ourselves on the north coast of lewis with only 10 miles of road left to explore to the west. This involved a great 10 mile section of downwind at 30 kph average. Now in amazing coast country. Good bbq and wind to finish but its getting cold. distance today: 65 kph total distance: 398 km
